Good for quick maps

Used the Customer Journey Mapping Tool for a project. It worked well. Got my map done without issues. Easy to export to PDF for my report. Straightforward process.

Good for quick maps

I used the Customer Journey Mapping Tool for a project. It was pretty straightforward to get a map done. Export to PDF worked fine, though the formatting was a bit off on one page break. Got the job done quickly enough.

Useful for mapping

Used the Customer Journey Mapping Tool. It's browser-based and worked fine. Exported to PNG easily. The free plan was a good start, then upgraded for more features. No major issues, but wished for more template variety.

Great for team collaboration!

We just used the Team Collaboration Workspace for the first time on a big project, and it was fantastic! Creating a Service Blueprint with multiple people contributing simultaneously made everything so much faster. The Presentation Mode was also super helpful for our client meeting. I was worried about potential lag with everyone on it, but it handled it like a champ. We needed a few more Custom Branding options, but honestly, that's a small thing. I'm definitely going to recommend this to other teams in my company!

Reliable tool, consistent service

I've been using UXPressia for a while now, mainly for persona creation and customer journey mapping. This last time I built a few B2B Persona Templates for a new client. Like always, the interface was easy to navigate and real-time editing with my team went smoothly. It's consistently reliable, which is why I keep coming back. My only minor issue was that exporting a large project to PNG took a bit longer than expected, but it wasn't a dealbreaker.

Solid CX platform, small snag

I signed up for a monthly subscription to the CX Management Platform and started using the Persona Builder and Service Blueprint Tool. The ordering process was simple enough, just picked the plan and paid. Delivery, since it's a cloud service, was instant access, which is great for getting started right away. The tools themselves are pretty intuitive; I found plenty of templates, like the B2B Persona Templates, which saved me a lot of time. Real-time editing with my team was seamless, no lag or anything. However, I noticed the Custom Branding option is only available on higher tiers, which is a minor annoyance for a small business like mine wanting to keep everything cohesive. Exporting to PNG was quick and the quality was good. Support answered a question I had about data integration within a few hours, so that was helpful.

Annual plan saves money

I needed a Persona Builder for a project and found UXPressia. The annual billing option gave me a good discount, which was key. I compared it to a few others, and for what I needed, the features were a good value. It felt worth the purchase, especially not having to pay monthly. Creating custom personas was easy enough, though the B2C templates were a bit basic for my specific needs.

Good tool, some UI quirks

I signed up for the Pro plan after trying the free tier for a bit, mainly for the Customer Journey Mapping Tool and real-time editing. Ordering was straightforward on their site; I chose annual billing for the discount. Delivery isn't really applicable since it's a cloud service, but access was instant. I used their PDF export feature quite a bit, which worked well for sharing with stakeholders. The collaboration workspace is solid, though sometimes the interface felt a little cluttered when multiple people were editing. Support responded within a day when I had a question about custom branding. Overall, it's a powerful platform for journey mapping, just a slight learning curve with some of the UI elements.

Thinking of signing up for UXPressia. Is there usually a student discount? I'm trying to save some money for my design courses.

S Susan S. 3 weeks ago
Yep, they definitely have an educational discount. I got one last year when I was in school, saved a decent chunk.

O Olivia 3 weeks ago
I think you just need to apply through their site with your student ID or school email. It's usually a pretty good percentage off.

Anyone know if UXPressia has any good deals for Black Friday usually? I'm trying to decide if I should wait to upgrade.

A Amanda Hill 3 weeks ago
They usually do! I snagged an annual plan discount last Black Friday. I'd definitely hold off if you can.

S Sam N. 3 weeks ago
Yeah, Black Friday / Cyber Monday is usually a good bet for most software subscriptions. Q1 budget planning too sometimes, but Black Friday is probably your best shot.

hey, trying to pick between uxpressia and miro for journey mapping. Anyone got thoughts on which is better specifically for client presentations and making things look pro?

C Carol Young 1 month ago
I've used both. UXPressia's templates are much more polished out of the box for client stuff. Miro is super flexible but sometimes you spend too much time just making it look good.

G Grace M. 1 month ago
Yeah, UXPressia has a specific presentation mode too that's pretty slick. Easier to just share a link and not worry about people messing with things.

How does UXPressia compare to Miro for journey mapping? I've used Miro a lot, so wondering if it's worth switching.

C Chris Torres 1 month ago
UXPressia is way more structured specifically for journey maps and personas. Miro is super flexible, but UXPressia guides you more, which can be good or bad depending on what you need.

N Nick Hernandez 1 month ago
I've used both. For pure journey mapping, UXPressia is better because it's built for it. Miro can do it, but it's more like a digital whiteboard you adapt.

Hey, thinking about signing up for UXPressia. Is the free plan actually useful or is it super limited to where you can't really do anything?

S Sofia Green 3 weeks ago
It's decent for basic stuff. You can make a couple personas and journey maps, but if you want real collaboration or more features, you'll hit a wall pretty fast.

J Jessica S. 3 weeks ago
Yeah, I used the free one for a small personal project. It's good to get a feel for the interface, but definitely not for team work or anything serious.

If I get the annual plan, do they automatically give you a discount or do I need to find a promo code somewhere?

I Ian Lee 3 weeks ago
The annual plan usually has a built-in discount compared to paying monthly. It just applies when you select that option at checkout, no code needed.
3
S Sean Davis 3 weeks ago
Yeah, it's just a different pricing tier. You typically save around 20% by committing yearly, afaik.

Can you actually export the maps you make to like, a PDF or something? Need to share these with some old-school execs who hate cloud links.

E Ella Phillips 3 weeks ago
Absolutely, you can export to PDF and PNG. I do it all the time for stakeholders who aren't on the platform.
3
J Jeff Williams 3 weeks ago
Yeah, it's a standard feature. There's also CSV if you need the raw data for some reason.

Can I export stuff from UXPressia? Like if I make a map, can I get it out as a PDF or something?

M Matt Smith 1 month ago
Yep, you can export to PDF and PNG for sure. I think CSV too if you need data.

C Chris T. 1 month ago
Definitely. I export PDFs all the time to share with stakeholders who don't have accounts. Works great.
